A1 – Level

Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and basic phrases aimed at satisfying very specific needs. Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has. Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.

A2 – Level

B1 – Level

Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. Can deal with most situations likely to arise while travelling in an area where the language is spoken. Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

B2 – Level

Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialty. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

C1 – Level

Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognise implicit meaning. Can express him/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organisational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.

C2 – Level

Can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read. Can summarise information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in more complex situations.

English for your travels

Are you addicted to travel? How many times during a trip abroad did you realize about the importance of English? In this course, you will simulate travel situations. You will shop, eat at the restaurant and ask for information. You will learn loads of vocabulary and we will give you many travels tips.

Cambridge English Exams

Cambridge English Qualifications are in-depth exams that make learning English rewarding and enjoyable. These qualifications are based on effective learning. B1 – Preliminary

It is the English language exam that shows you have mastered the basics. A B1 Preliminary qualification shows that you have mastered the basics of English and now have practical language skills for everyday use.

B2 – First

A B2 First qualification shows that a student has the language skills they need to communicate in an English-speaking environment. It’s also a great way to prepare for higher-level exams such as C1 Advanced.

C1 – Advanced

It is the in-depth, high-level qualification that shows you have the language skills that employers and universities are looking for. More than 9,000 educational institutions, businesses and government departments around the world accept C1 Advanced as proof of high-level achievement in learning English.

C2 – Proficiency

It is the highest-level qualification – proof that you are a highly competent speaker of English. A C2 Proficiency qualification shows the world that you have mastered English to an exceptional level. It proves you can communicate with the fluency and sophistication of a highly competent English speaker.

Preparing for and passing the exam means you have the level of English that’s needed to study or work in a very senior professional or academic environment, for example on a postgraduate or PhD programme.
